What is burnout ?
Burnout is a feeling of exhaustion, cynicism, and detachment that can result from prolonged stress and overwork. It’s a problem that is all too common in the modern workplace, and it can be difficult to know when you’ve reached your breaking point. If you’re feeling burned out, you’re not alone.
 
Burnout is a very real problem for many people in the workforce.
It can be difficult to overcome, but with a few simple steps, it is possible. 
This may mean taking a day off work, taking a break during the day, or simply going to bed a little earlier.

You need to give yourself time to relax and recharge.
