Namaste, I’m Ellen Mouton, teacher specialized in helping people relax, sleep and grow. My website is dedicated to your healing journey as we navigate new and sometimes challenging energies that force us to reroute the GPS of our destiny in order to take on our role. A healthy and restorative sleep is therefore primordial to compensate the higher level of energy burned by our body during inner work, shadow work, introspection work. An energizing sleep is also very needed to navigate the sometimes distressing and harsh life experiences we’re going through on our spiritual path, which healing from also consumes much of our vital energy.
When we often or chronically feel tired, like at the moment, for many of us, it is time to look after our home, within us and our body. Like healthy food, sleeping is our fuel, and it takes a lot of our energy.
I have been using my voice to induce sleep for years. However, falling asleep is much more than being lulled by a relaxing tone. This is science. In this training, we learn that sleep must be approached holistically for sustainable results.
The resolution of sleep disorders follows 4 main steps that we will cover:
1- Understanding sleep
2- Awareness of false and limiting beliefs
3- Managing emotions
4- Practical training.
We will cover the mysterious mechanism and the different stages of sleep, and the consequences of deprivation.
We will discover the role of stress in our disorders.
Understanding the phenomenon is the ground of any therapy that works.
In the second part of the course, we will focus on practicing. We’ll bring a lot of concrete solutions, for managing before, during and after sleep. You’ll be able to start implementing those techniques and tricks today. We will also cover tips to rest outside our night sleep.
At this stage, what you’ll need is training, using simple yet effective tools and actions.
