Difficulty to fall asleep

People with anxiety disorders often have difficulty falling asleep at night due to their constant worry and racing thoughts. This can lead to restless nights spent tossing and turning in bed, which can further exacerbate anxiety and make it even harder to get a good night’s rest.

For some people, anxiety may be caused by stressors in their life such as work or family problems.

There are a number of different factors that can contribute to anxiety and make it harder to sleep. For some people, anxiety may be caused by stressors in their life such as work or family problems. Others may have an underlying medical condition that causes anxiety, such as an imbalance in their hormones or neurotransmitters. It could also be due to depression, caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine.
